Sliding patio doors

I am looking to installa 76"X60" sliding patio door in my basement. I have only 81 inches from the floor to the ceiling and I need to install a head. I have been unable to find any sliding door 76X60 in my area. Wuld this size be something that would be put in a trailer home? If so where can I locate a manufacture?
