Glenda, you might try clamping the sides flat using straight 2x4's as cauls and pretty beefy clamps, like pipe clamps. You don't want to crush the cases but you want to hold them firmly and slowly add more tension as the sides get closer to flat on their own. If you can, you might try setting a case outside on a hot sunshiny day and tightening up the clamps just a small amount every hour or so throughout the day. There might be enough humidity change to bring the sides pretty close to where they should be.
