Insulating a 2 story metal farm style building

I would appreciate any information on foam spray insulation.We have a shop 26by68 two story barn style that we would like to finish into a game room/living quarters.The shop is metal and has metal trusses the trusses are spaced at four feet.I have watched Bob Vila for years and I think he has shown it befor in a home,but I am not sure if it is appliable in this manner.We are having trouble finding someone who is able to do this in are area (Tenn.).Please send any information.
