Doug, I wish it was that simple. It is a builder's door , wood (4 panel) that is about 20 years old. The bottom is rotten but the rest is fine. A new door would be nice but it doesnt face the street and only I would notice it. I've tried to contact local door companies to see if they are replacing any doors like mine but it has only caused more price quotes on new doors.
