Fixing the old door

You said HD so I thought it was "theirs".....

I've rebuilt the bottoms of plenty of doors......

Find a good clean piece of stock.......

Cut ALL rotted wood from the original door in a nice true line.......

"Marry" the old and new wood with dowels/biscuits or motiseandtenons.......waterproof glue......screws......and trim moulding .........

Attach the bottom/roller hardware with additional metal plates to sandwich and reinforce the repair.....
