I had one from Priority One tell me that I must have done something wrong to cause my fl machine to overflow, until he couldn't find a reason for it, then he said he'd never seen one flood before and that it must be the lock (it wasn't because it did it again after he replaced it) I've seen others post that they've had repairmen blame them or act like they'd never seen the problem before. It's what they're taught to say by Maytag. It's called culpability if they admit to it. You shouldn't have to read multiple pages or watch a dvd/movie to use a washing machine. Most of us have been doing laundry for a long time. It's not that hard. The class action suits sound good, but remember, the lawyers make all the money and the consumers get stuck with a few dollars and a coupon or two from the same company you don't want to deal with anymore.
