I just read this - I just painted over a hideous pink, purple, teal, aqua, etc (you get the picture) flame stitch paper. I started with regular Kilz (coverage was minimal) but my daughter went to WalMart and found some Kilz with color. It covered in one coat where i ran out of the regular. My other daughter went to Home Depot and asked and they hadn't heard of it. The WalMart where I got it is in Bedford, TX if yours doesn't have it. they may be able to contact this store and get some information. Good Luck
