Bought a tankless water heater 3 yrs ago & would never go back. Live in Ohio & have well water, so incoming water cold. Our eletric bill has dropped. The Seisco brand uses standard hot water tank parts so repairs will be cheap, further more, the warranty was twice as long as the tank models.
