I have a garden water faucet with a frog on the valve stem .You turn the frog to turn the water on and off. Before I replaced the washer, the frog faced me when the valve was closed. After replacing the washer the frog faces away from me when the valve is closed. What is the procedure I have to follow to have the frog face me when the valve is closed? The frog is permanently attached to the valve stem.
