I have a kitchen with dry wall texturing that is coarse. I want to wallpaper the kitchen, but I'd like to know if I can wallpaper directly over the dry wall texturing or if it needs to be removed first and, if so, how. I don't want to see dimpling beneath the wallpaper. Thank you.
