The Directions listed by Eric also work on
the Model Number 139.53684 touch pad I took my touch pad off the wall went into the garage
punched in the old code hit and held the enter key down and then hit the green SRT button on the back ot the opener unit.... Let go of the enter button..... then hit the code again and enter and the opener has been working great ....
