I too thought I was the only one with this problem. I have done everything the repairman suggested (after he came out and cleaned out the black gunk), vinegar, dishwasher soap. It does not help. He also suggested running the Cascade Lemon through every 6 months, right, we would be run out of the house by then. I think I will just schedule him out once a month until my extended warranty ends. This is crazy. Sears repair makes you feel like they have never heard of this problem. I guess they need to check out this site.
