I need some opinions on this one. My ceiling is falling in badly, and the landlord hired someone to fix the problem. I would say the ceiling was sagging into the room almost 6". The person hired to fix the problem screwed drywall directly into the falling ceiling. Will this create more problems by not removing the damaged ceiling and not fixing the leaks first? This is in my bedroom, if it is unsafe it is important for me to know. Thanx.
