CRAFTSMAN 18v CHARGER #975283-001 FOR CORDLESS DRILL 315.272070

I have a charger for an 18 volt craftsman cordless 1/2" drill model #315.272070 and one of the resistors inside burnt out, I don't want to spend $50 on a new charger and cannot get any help from Sears, craftsman, Ryobi(sells item to sears), or Techtronix Inc (makes product for Ryobi). all I need is the resistance & wattage value for this resistor, on the printed circuit board it is allocated as location R229, is green and is burnt so I cannot see the color codes to replace it. If U have one available to open up and look inside and give me the colors on the bands on the resistor, that would be of much help for me..
