Wiring a ceiling fan with remote control

Hello,
Was wondering if anyone could help with the situation that I'm in. I need to wire a ceiling fan with a remote control and I have the following wires for each:
Fan: Black, White, Blue
Remote Control: Black, White, Red
Ceiling: Black, White, Red....no ground wire. (Please note, there are three black wires that were capped together inside of the box in the ceiling and not being used by the original fixture that I took down)
Any info is greatly appreciated.
