pardon my ignorance, but my tub drain lever will not stay in the down(open) position and I haven't worked on this before. I haven't taken anything apart yet; wanted to check here for some info so I don't run into anything funky. I'm guessing there's some kind of counter weight that opens the drain and closes it. Just want to find out what my approach should be before starting to work on it. Thanks, Jim.
