Hi! I am tackling my first project of painting an old bureau. I am running into a problem with the paint. I have about 3 coats on the drawers and it still needs at least another. But, when I start painting another one on, the paint is getting all tacky. The other layers are dry (did it over a week ago!). Any ideas on what is causing this and what to do about it? Thanks!
