For primer I am using Sherwin-Williams PrepRite latex primer. For paint, I am not sure the exact brand, but it is latex. I shook the paint for about 30 seconds. The drawers I am painting are veneer. The other coats went on fine, so I am guessing it's something with the paint? Thanks again!
