My husband and I are going to be installing a green vinyl chain link fence. Neither of us has ever used a come-a-long. Can someone please give us some information on how to use it, so that our fence does not end up having bulges in it from not being stretched correctly. I have been searching for sites to help me learn to use this tool. With no avail. I have never even seen one, so if this is a very simple tool to use, I apologize, but I would rather be prepared on it's use. Thank you so much.
