This is probably a dumb question but if I can't afford to replace windows and siding at the same time which (if either) should I do first? Is there an order that would make more sense? Or can either be done first? I don't want to have to have work redone.
I have asbestos siding and would prefer having it removed rather than covered over. I would be putting vinyl siding on and would most likely be replacing the whole window not using replacement windows.
