Hoping someone can provide me with information on a class action lawsuit against pvc plumbing. I just purchase a condominium in Centerville, Ohio and two week after moving in the lady who lives below me starting seeing water spots on her ceiling - after 4 plumbers checked my unit they informed me that the unit was plumbed using pvc and that there is a lawsuit. I've been told I'm responsible for the repair - need help. Thank you.
