U SHAPE STAIRS

I need calculations for u-shape stairs.
We have a 91" total rise including floor thickness. My calculations call for 13 steps. Therefore unit rise is 7", unit run is 10 1/2".
There will be a 3 foot minimum turnaround platform.
What we need is floor opening which will be starting on an outside wall and turn around platform heigth.
Desparately needing to save space and stay in BOCA 99 code.
