Advise on who to hire for exterior window trim

I have an all-brick home with 18-year-old Anderson windows. The windows are fine but the exterior trim (I believe it's vinyl over plywood) is in poor shape. I'd like to hire someone to fix and/or replace the exterior trim, probably with aluminum. I'm not sure whether to hire a siding company, a window company, or a general contractor. Any suggestions?
