Just noticed that we had a leak in the wall that separates our kitchen & bathroom. Last night we tore open the wall in the bathroom, found the problem and repaired the leaking pipe. Problem is the water damage... our house is on a concrete slab, how do we repair the moldy water damaged bottom plate without causing damage to the kitchen on the other side of the wall (which we just remodeled in February! Grrrr!)
