220 to 110 conversion

most 220 volt motors can be re-wired for 110 operation. if it can be converted, inside the cover where the power cord connects, there is normally a wiring diagram for 110 or 220 volt connection. the wiring diagram may also be on the housing of the motor. the motors that can be run on either 110 or 220 volts ha 2 sets of windings, wired in parallel for 110 operation and in series for 220 volt operation. you will also need to replace the power cord with one rated to handle the higher current of 110 operation.

If it were me, I would install a 220 volt outlet for the saw.
