Mine flooded my house. How is that from supposedly not reading the manual? Which I did by the way and Maytag admitted it shouldn't have kept filling above the door level for any reason. Why are you so defensive of a product? I've also had Maytag in the past and NEVER had a problem. You won't get any sympathy on this site.
