I have had one for three years and love it. It's very handy to have the soap right there all the time. I don't like having messy soap bottles and such on the counter. It does overflow and make a mess if you fill it too full. You can easily avoid that by learning how much it holds wait till it's about empty to refill, then fill just the amount or slightly less than it holds.
