refinish parkay floor tiles

I want to refinish my parkay floor tiles in the bathroom. They have become dull and uneven coloring due to water and or normal wear and tare. The tiles are otherewise in good condition. Please tell me how to sand, with the least amount of mess and what to put on afterwards to renew the color and shine. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
