Hi, Mark. About the only safe thing is mineral spirits/paint thinner. Every other organic solvent including the combinations like Goof Off or Goo Gone will have some effect on the fiberglass. If I were doing it, I would start with a single edged razor blade in a holder and gently scrape the sticker off and then follow with the mineral spirits to get the remaining glue off.
