Neptune Washer Caused Black Mold in HOME

MOLD in our Neptune washer and in our HOME

We've had our Neptune since '98.
In 2002 we discovered mold in our HVAC air ducts which caused us to flee our home and go build a brand new one. Recently we discovered that the mold problem has resurfaced and that we have mold in our air ducts in our now 2 year old custom built home!!!

Could the problem have just followed us? Are we cursed with mold problems?

The builder and the HVAC services folks have no idea why this has happened to us - TWICE!
We now believe that there is a connection between the mold in our Neptune washer, and the mold in our first home and now in our new home.

Myself, my wife, and our children - ages 10, 7, and 1, are now experiencing the same symptoms again - bloody noses, allergic symptoms, my childhood asthma is coming back.

We started to do online research on our Neptune because now the door won't lock on occassion.

Now that we know its because of mold, we are convinced that this product has caused mold in our first home and now in our brand new home.

We're not sure where to turn and we'd appreciate ANY help or information.
