We have Low-E windows and experience condensation every winter, even if we turn off our dehumidifier. The reason this is happening is because the seals between the window and its frame (entire manufactured piece) does not seal properly. We also have a problem with the welded joints. There is a manufacturing defect that allows water to seep into the joint causing significant water damage to the wooden framework that the windows were installed into. This also adds to the condensation problem in the winter (and on other humid days). It would be in your best interest to do a water moisture level reading below your windows (either from the outside or inside of your house). We decided to tear out our drywall and insulation and found out the seriousness of the water intrusion. I hope you have better luck. If the condensation is on the inside of your windows between the glass panes, then you probably have heat mirrored windows--the seals in these windows are faulty and the gas mixes with the air in some fashion. There was a class action suit on heat mirrored windows. You can look this up on the internet. E
