Entry Door Window Frame & Grid replacement parts

I have a 36" sawbuck style entry door (Guardian) that faces south. The window is an insulated pane with a plastic frame/grip on both the inside and outside - connected with screws, which hold the insulated pane in the window opening of the door. The sun has baked the frame and over the 20 yrs of service the plastic is beyond repair. The door itself (metal) is in great shape as is the insulated glass, but the 2 piece frame/grid needs replacement. I have searched the web and ask folks at Lowe's and Home Depot where this can be purchased, but no luck so far. I am about to resort to making replacements parts out of wood. If anyone has insight in to where these parts might be purchased - it would be appreciated greatly.
