Stucco problem

We recently bought our house (actually 2-3 years ago) that has stucc on the front. The previous owners have repainted it but didn't scrape of the loose paint. Now it's chipping again. What is the best way to "beautify it" again?
Should I scrape off what paint I can and then repaint it, have it resurface, or have it ripped all off and start it from scratch. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
