Replacement seats for patio furniture

I have 4 wrought iron chairs that need to have the plywood seats replaced. I purchased new padding and fabric, and in the process of recovering discovered that the old seat base (plywood) has been wet for too long and needs to be replaced. As I don't have any woodworking equipment, I am wondering if anyone knows where I could find precut 3/4 inch plywood round disks meansuring 16 5/8"across.
