What to do with rotting support beam?

Hi I'm a new user here and was hoping someone could help me here... The house I own has a single metal support beam on the patio which supports the flat deck. The problem is, the metal beam is over 10 years old and is beginning to rot on the bottom. Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.
