More Information Needed to Replace stove top

On a stove top, the heat in that area often makes "painting" impractical. Most paints will usually discolour quickly and end up looking worse than what was there before. The only kind of refinishing which would last on such a part would be to have it re-porcelained.

What are you referring to by "the front"? The door, drawer, control panel???

** Does anyone know how/where I could do that? **
