** I have a 2-3year old Kenmore oven **

I'm afraid that is not enough information to identify the appliance your have. What is needed is the *complete* model number as printed on the appliance's model and serial number tag.

You can find tips for locating the model and serial number tag on your appliances in the 'Repair Parts' section of my site linked below.

** is not responding the the touch control panel. Does anyone know how to reset the panel **

The only kind of "reset" possible is usually to disconnect the appliance from power for several minutes to see if it helps. Some models *may* have a child lock-out feature (although very rare) in which case you'd have to read the user's manual to see how to turn it off.

** or any other tricks? **

There are no "tricks". The range would have to be systematically checked out to get to the bottom of the problem in your case.
