Parquet Flooring

It is probably being damaged by moisture. But it could also be buckling because there is no room for expansion. I would expect that you need at least 1/4" gap all around for expansion; cover that gap with quarter round or base shoe.
Post your question again and tell us if it is on a concrete slab, if there is the expansion gap, etc. Did the instructions say to lay a moisture barrier plastic on the subfloor? Is it a type of flooring that is supposed to be glued down or is it a floating floor?
