PARKAY WOOD FLOORING

my question was why my parkay flooring keps rising and buckling.
there was a 1/4 gap allowance- it was a glued floor and we did not place a moisture barrier down. It is not on a concrete floor.
It must be moisture because the floor is worse when the humidity is high.
