Rotting Coradco windows

We are the second owners of our home. The windows are still in the warranty period and are sawdust when you remove the casing! This was not disclosed to us when we purchased the home but we discovered it a few months later. Every window in our home is rotted (60 of them!). When contacting Coradco they do not want to comply with the warranty for second owners. Has any other second owner had this problem and did you get it resolved? Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
