i sent a message earlier but i think maybe it didn't go across. my question was what do i do when your toilet won't refill after flushing. i replace the fill valve thinking that would help but, when i flushed the toilet didn't refill. do i need to replace the hose from the toilet to the water valve? could it be clogged? and also its leaking from the bottom of the valve. please help.
