Yes I have a finished basement with unfortunately finished drywall ceiling. I was wondering if it may be easier to just replumb it from above, when I pull out the shower floor piece. I was thinking maybe cut the plywood and replace once I replumb? Not 100% sure if that would be easier than patching drywall, but it seems like it would, as the bath / shower unit would be sitting on top of where I cut and replaced the plywood, so it would not be visible.
