No problem about the misunderstanding... I was trying to add some humor. None of the basement is finished, and up until recently, I had some problems with water coming in during a heavy rain storm. I fixed that. I really need some expert help, because I need it to be done right and be comfortable to work in. I thought about the rug, but I'll have a problem with the cold coming through during the winter. Is a raised floor a bad idea? Do they make a good cement sealer for floors?
