Is probably not due to the additive. It could be you used too much water on clean up and you have some lightning due to the excess water.
This can be cured by using a grout cleaning product such as Tec Banish or perhaps a stronger acid type cleaner. Don't use too much as it could etch the tile.
There are stains avaiable that will penetrate as long as you haven't sealed it.
