Thank you Diane. I tried to get to the batteries, but there is a connector "thing" with electrical wires coming out of it. It says to remove it to get to the battery. However, the connector "thing" will not budge. In fact, there are plastic tabs on all 3 sides of the connector thing and it won't slide out.
