Since it's the kitchen and outdoor lights and plugs, it's not just a breaker. It's a ground fault circuit interrupter. That's a load for one breaker. The ground fault shouldn't have that many outlets on it. My ktichen is separate from the basement and outdoor ones and the bathrooms upstairs are all one one. If you've had a lot of rain, it could be that an outside outlet/light has water in it or around it. We had an outdoor light fixture that held water after rain and tripped the outside outlets and one set of plugs in our basement until it dried out. We had the light replaced. The tripping is probably either overloaded circuit or a short. Either way, it's a fire prevention and electrocution prevention device, and should be replaced.
