when I set the timer and turn to knob to on, it sounds like it will work but once you let go of the knob to turn it on, it stops, the drum will not turn, I opened the door and held the knob on and the element gets hot but once you let the knob go it doesn't make a sound.I also tried giving the tub a whirl to get it going. I'm afraid it's the motor. can anyone help
