You're going to need a four inch hole for the fitting that goes into the side of your house. Dryer vent outlets are often used.
You will also need an electrician.
Prices vary a lot by the size of your jurisdiction and your market area. In Kansas it is usually around $500.00 but double that on the east and west coasts. Even more if they have to do it during a hurricane.
