Turning a flat roof into a greenhouse floor.

Posted by bwr1947 on September 18th, 2004 05:11 PM

We have a flat roof (slope of 4" in 15')that is covered with Spantex over exterior grade plywood. We are wanting to build a polycarbonate greenhouse to cover the structure and want recommendations about how to turn the roof into a floor suitable for the kind of traffic it will get as a greenhouse. It will also be a "wet area" so keeping leaks out is a high priority. We have considered tile, but are worried about the weight. Any recommendations of products or other directions we should pursue?

Thanks.
