Just installed my fan a week ago and the revese feature didn't work and neither did the dimmer on the light. We did get it to reverse by turning the power at the wall switch off and back on after pushing the reverse button. Do we have any electrical people out there? My fan is on a 3 pole switch set up. We also have a wall dimmer on the switch circuit. Are these things just crap or is there a fix. Has anyone gotten any help from the manufacturer?
